Will it make my hair greasy or weigh it down?
No — that's the whole point. The Density Keratin Shampoo contains zero silicones and zero heavy oils: its plant-based cleansers lift away buildup and leave nothing behind. The Scalp Reset Serum gently exfoliates to clear product residue from the scalp. The Density Keratin Conditioner is the only step that deposits anything, which is why it goes on mid-lengths and ends only — never at the roots.
How do I use the routine?
Scalp Reset Serum (once or twice a week): apply to a dry scalp, leave on 3–5 minutes, then rinse.
Density Keratin Shampoo: massage into wet hair, lather, rinse thoroughly.
Density Keratin Conditioner: apply to mid-lengths and ends only, then rinse.
When will I see a difference?
Right after your first wash: hair looks fuller, feels soft and smooth, and has more body. The change is usually most striking in the first few washes, especially if you're coming from rich or silicone-based products. After that, lighter, fuller-looking hair simply becomes your new normal.
Is the shampoo sulfate-free?
It's free from SLS and SLES. It does contain Sodium Coco-Sulfate, a coconut-derived cleanser approved under COSMOS Natural standards, working alongside gentler sugar-based cleansers. That cleansing power is exactly what removes the buildup that weighs fine hair down, while glycerin and sodium PCA keep your scalp comfortable.
Is it suitable for color-treated hair?
Our cleansers are plant-based and free from SLS and SLES. We haven't tested the formulas specifically for color longevity, so if your color is fresh, wait 48 to 72 hours before your first wash.
I have a sensitive scalp or allergies. What should I know?
The shampoo and conditioner contain fragrance and naturally occurring compounds from essential oils (menthol, camphor, limonene, pinene), which may cause sensitivity in some people. The conditioner contains sweet almond oil, so it isn't suitable for people with tree nut allergies. The Scalp Reset Serum is fragrance-free, but its lactic acid shouldn't be applied to broken or irritated skin. If in doubt, do a patch test first.
Can I use it with my other products or treatments?
Yes, alongside your usual styling products. For best results, skip heavy oils, masks and silicone-based products at the roots. If you use a prescription treatment on your scalp, check with your doctor first.
Does it work for men?
Yes. The routine is designed for fine hair that falls flat, whatever your gender.

Each order is prepared and labeled for you within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 2 to 5 business days — so 3 to 8 business days in total. Everything ships from our fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina, so there are no import duties or surprise fees on delivery.
